To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with kclub99, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kclub99 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all casino and betting activities. This is a mandatory eligibility condition and is non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kclub99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or permanently suspended by kclub99 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not under instruction from any third party in relation to your gaming activity on the Platform.

To register on kclub99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the sign-up process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact method. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and will be maintained up to date at all times.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kclub99 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounting registrations is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

4.2 KYC Documentation

kclub99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or accessing higher deposit tiers:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days);
• A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet account statement, online banking screenshot).

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kclub99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on your payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes, subject to banking hours.
• kclub99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

kclub99 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, and referal programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms (typically ranging from 10x to 35x).
• Maximum Bet Cap: While any bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or game round is MYR 250, unless a different limit is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity window, or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified period (typically 7 to 30 days), will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Members must complete or decline an existing bonus before a new one is activated.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kclub99 monitors all bonus activity. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated bet hedging, use of multiple accounts, or other methods deemed by the Company to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the kclub99 Platform are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness. The results of all games and sporting events are final once confirmed by the relevant system or officiating authority.

• In the event of a technical failure, software malfunction, or connectivity interruption during an active game session or bet, kclub99 will attempt to resolve the issue using available server-side logs. The Company's determination in such cases is final.
• Void or cancelled sporting events will result in the return of the original stake, unless the specific sport's rules provide otherwise.
• kclub99 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed at an eroneous or manifestly incorrect price or line, including instances where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect odds display.
• Live betting markets — including in-play odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events — are subject to additional in-play terms displayed within each respective market.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kclub99 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or to place bets;
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional systems;
• Any form of money laundering, use of criminally derived funds, or structuring of transactions to avoid detection;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors with the intent of financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Platform or interferes with the experience of other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.

kclub99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a charge-back request in relation to a deposit;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive calendar months;
• A Member's own written request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's own request (voluntary closure), any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kclub99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from voluntary wagers placed on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Inaccurate information provided by the Member during registration or KYC;
• Decisions made by third-party sporting or game officiating bodies that affect bet outcomes.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by kclub99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kclub99 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or competent judicial authority in accordance with the applicable jurisdictional rules. Nothing in this clause prevents kclub99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
